This week Brady participated in a Pinewood Derby at our church. This is the 3rd year he has entered a car and this year he had a winner. His derby car which he named "Green Speed" came in first place in every race. He also got the award for best workmanship. I think that may have been a shared award with his Dad. : ) Here he is posing with his car before we got started.
A very nice track our church is fortunate enough to borrow from Stumptown Mennonite.
They run many rounds with each car getting a turn in each lane.
I was so excited to get a good shot of green speed coming in first.
Everyone put a lot of hard work into their cars and everyone was presented with a certificate of participation. It was a fun night and its always fun to walk away with the trophy.
