Parker is really wanting to help in the kitchen lately. I find that baking is alot safer than cooking so we are always looking for special treats we can make. We found a recipe for "Monkey Muffins" in his Highlights magazine that is basically banana cupcakes. He was giving me the thumbs up to get started.
